Our Mission
Precasteel's mission is to continue to develop innovations for better constructability of bridges, while giving back to our military veterans. A portion of profits (10% net) will be donated to a non-profit veteran's foundation to help the vet transition back into society as seamlessly as possible. Our Story
Gary M. Dinmore created Precasteel to address glaring inefficiencies in America's bridge construction.
Every time he saw projects losing money, the losses always traced back to bridge brackets. Money was wasted on transportation, unnecessary labor, and the disposal of plywood after the brackets were disassembled.
To solve this problem, Gary combined his decades of construction and engineering experience with advances in material technology, specifically Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC). From there, the StayPanel™ form was born.
Today, Precasteel's StayPanel™ forms have radically improved bridge construction, allowing for safer, more reliable, more efficiently built bridges.

Gary M. Dinmore
Founder and CEO
Gary M. Dinmore's career in construction and engineering has spanned more than 30 years. While still in the military, where he served 12 years on a U.S. Army Special Forces A-team, Gary completed a B.S. in engineering at Penn State while wearing a tool belt when he wasn't wearing a uniform. He has since held numerous project management positions with several top New York companies, including Parsons Brinckerhoff, NAB Construction, Spearin, and finished up with Halmar International as their Chief Engineer before going out on his own to pursue his passion, Precasteel.
His experience in building forensics and bridge inspection exposed him to some of the country's major bridges, and from that wealth of experience, he started his own venture as principal engineer of Dinmore Engineering focused on constructability reviews, and later established BD Erectors to keep his finger on the pulse. Along with Precasteel and its innovative StayPanel™ form, his ventures have made the Dinmore group of companies a one-stop shop for construction and engineering, ready to serve businesses and government agencies in the U.S. and eventually around the world.
Gary H. Dinmore
Chief Sales Officer
Gary H. Dinmore has been working alongside engineers of all sorts since 2014. He was recruited to wrestle for Pennsylvania State University, where he won an NCAA Division I National Team Title while studying physics before transferring to Rider University on a full wrestling scholarship to obtain his Bachelor of Science. Since then, he has started multiple companies that eventually brought him back to engineering. He is now pursuing an additional degree in electrical engineering to become a professional engineer in the field while working fulltime.
Gary has spent a plethora of time contributing to the various Dinmore companies, including but not limited to BD Erectors, Dinmore Engineering, and his current position as Chief Sales Officer for Precasteel.
Mike J. Duncan
Assitant Chief Engineer
Mike Duncan is a dedicated professional with nearly three years of experience in civil engine ering. For the past two years, Mike has been an integral part of the Precasteel team, contributing his expertise and passion for civil engineering to this company at the forefront of bridge construction innovation. In his third year of university, Mike is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, further expanding his knowledge and skills.
With a strong foundation in the industry and a commitment to excellence, Mike brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to every project he undertakes. His dedication to delivering high-quality work and his continuous pursuit of knowledge make him an invaluable asset to Precasteel.
